NEWS; Real Madrid News Toni Kroos makes a great prediction about Real Madrid teenage prodigy.

It has been almost two months since Toni Kroos played his last game for Real Madrid, winning the UEFA Champions League by beating Borussia Dortmund in the finals at Wembley.

The legendary midfielder called time on his international career earlier this month after Germany’s exit from the UEFA Euro 2024 at the quarter-final stages.

Kroos’ final season at Real Madrid was a huge success while he also got to get a good look at the future of the club in two exciting young talents like Jude Bellingham and Arda Guler.

And now, speaking in an interview with Sky Germany (h/t Mundo Deportivo), Toni Kroos was full of praise for Arda Guler while also predicting a bright future for the 19-year-old Turkish prodigy.

“He has a great future if he stays healthy,” the German legend said. “What sets Arda apart from other young players is that he is open to learning. Since he arrived he has paid a lot of attention to everything we did before and after training.”

Continuing the praise, Kroos added: “There are not many players like that today. He really wants to learn and improve. His finishing and his left foot are incredible, we all noticed that from the first training session.”

Guler did not enjoy a lot of minutes in his first season at Real Madrid, with the youngster missing the entire first half of the campaign through injury.

Competition for places has only gotten harder at the club heading into the new season, but despite that, Guler is not expected to leave Real Madrid on loan even though he is attracting plenty of interest from several clubs in Europe.

Having enjoyed a promising UEFA Euro 2024 with Turkey, the youngster, handed the No. 15 shirt heading into the new season, will be eager to make an impression in pre-season.
